Meet Stephanie: The Heart Behind Healthy Family Meals

Hi, I’m Stephanie, the founder of The Laughing Broccoli. I help families build healthier food habits and make mealtimes simple, happy and stress-free.

I trained as a chef in Austria, then spent several years working globally across hospitality, finance, and real estate - eventually leading international teams in mindset and continuous improvement strategies.
But my greatest passion has always been preparing food and connecting around the table.
Now, as a mum of two, I’ve created a system that blends everything I’ve learned - making family meals easier, healthier and more joyful for everyone.
